Ghanaian actor and politician John Dumelo has dropped very harsh comment about the election in the parliament about the tertiary school fees.

According to John Dumelo COVID-19 has affected many business’s negatively hence the inability for families to afford fees for their wards.

So the students are likely to fail all their first semester exam due to school fees not being paid.
