Stay away or I publish your names’ – Bagbin warns MPs who have contracted COVID-19

The speaker of parliament Alban Bagbin has warned the lawmakers who have tested positive for COVID-19 to stop coming to the chamber and isolate themselves.

According to him, if the MPs do not stop coming to the parliament it with force him to publish names of those MPs who have tested positive for COVID-19. He stated that on the behalf of the first deputy speaker Joe Osei-Owusu, on Wednesday, February 3, 2021.

According to the speaker some of the MPs have tested positive for COVID-19 and their names have been kept secretly.

Alban Bagbin gave the lawmakers one-day for them to go and test for COVID-19.
